As an IT Infrastructure Manager and Engineer, I successfully completed the migration of our company’s intranet from external Microsoft servers to an internal infrastructure, enhancing security, performance, and control. Responsible for implementing and managing Windows Server 2016 and 2019, ensuring a stable and secure IT environment while maintaining compliance with GDPR and ISO 27001 standards.
Managing Active Directory, overseeing domain, DNS, DHCP, and user access control for seamless authentication. Configuring Cisco failover firewalls, creating internal and external DMZs, implementing network translation, and enforcing port access control to strengthen network security.
Beyond infrastructure management, administering high-traffic MS SQL databases, supporting over 800,000 e-commerce users, 1.3 million product licensing accounts, and 60,000+ daily users accessing real-time cheat code generation services. Working with MySQL, developing and maintaining PHP-based websites and PWA web apps with Bluetooth functionality for product interaction.
Furthermore, moving to the automation of key company processes, including reporting (employee timekeeping, WEEE waste management, product usage, and ecommerce purchases), backups, and internal monitoring systems.
